Rolls Royce Testbed 80

DIB has built the biggest radiation protection door for for Rolls Royce Aerospace in Derby, UK, for the world's largest state-of-the-art Testbed facility for airplane engines.

The door is 400 tons, 10m height, 12m long and 1m thick. It will enable Rolls Royce to make radiographic tests on its airplane engines while they are running on the Testbed.

CERN Medicis Research Center

DIB Radiation Protection has won an international tender to supply the 3 heavy radiation protection doors required for CERN's new MEDICIS research facility, which aims to produce innovative radioisotopes for medical applications.

The MEDICIS project in Geneva will use the high-energy, high-intensity proton beam from the ISOLDE proton-synchrotron booster.

Features of the DIB radiation protection doors installed in MEDICIS include lead and steel lining, an automatic hatch, automatic and manual opening/closing devices, and a weight of up to 34 tons.

Air France - Helios Project

DIB Production team finalises 1,7 million euros Metal Work contract for the the construction of Air France Industry's new Helios factory on the site of the Charles de Gaulle Airport. The Metal Work Business Unit of DIB Production was awarded for this contract for the metal work installations Inside the premises. These included metal structures, metal stairecases, accoustic and fireproof partitions, automatic doors, and many other metal works. We thank deeply Air France for the trust they have place with our teams and are proud to have participated this important Customer project.

DIB Airport Activity -2017/2018

2017 /2018 have been fruitfull years for our DIB Airport teams based in Roissy and Orly Airport. We have won several tenders and contracts in both Airports. In Roissy, among others, we won the full renovation of Satellite n°6 of Terminal 1 as leader of a consortium of companies in specialties varying from utiliities, to civil engeneering. This tender represented close to 3 millions euros. We also won several smaller projects ranging from metallic structures to wall panelling or glass components.

In Orly, we won the contract to do all interior metalworks for the new extention of Departures on Hall n°1 of Orly Ouest Terminal.
